Your First visiting
On your first visit, we need to see if Chiropractic can help. You can expect to be in the clinic for approximately 30 – 45 minutes. Your Chiropractor will conduct a full Chiropractic, orthopaedic, and neurological examination. You will be referred for x-rays if your health history and examination indicates the need to do so.
Second Visiting
On your second visit, we will explain in detail what we found on your initial visit, along with your examination findings. We will let you know how our Chiropractic services can help you and explore the best course of action for you to achieve your health goals. If you have any questions, we can thoroughly answer them for you. You can expect to be in the clinic for approximately 30 minutes.
Adjustments
A Chiropractic visit may incorporate the use of a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches that can help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. Adjustments can be done by hand, using hand-held instruments or with special adjusting tables. This range of techniques will allow the use of a variation of gentle to firm adjustments, which are matched to your needs. You should allow 15 minutes for these visits as well as time for a short walk after each adjustment to help reinforce and strengthen your spine.
